Our Impact Hour is a one-hour session dedicated to focusing on your business or idea. This package allows you two hours, to use within a 12month period, whenever you need. We understand that those just starting out or running small businesses may not have the budget for a full-service agency, so we’re here to offer valuable insights and actionable ideas within this affordable, focused session. During these hours, we’ll dive deep into your business, discuss your goals, and brainstorm strategies to help you move forward. To make the most of our time together, we ask that you complete a brief questionnaire ahead of the session.

Impact Hour Booking Policy 1. Session Overview The Impact Hour is a one-hour strategy session designed to provide insights, ideas, and brainstorming for your business. It does not include a detailed strategy pack. 2. Booking & Payment o Cost: £175, payable in full at booking. o Payment must be received before the session is confirmed. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations o Sessions may be rescheduled at no extra charge. o Refunds are available up to 14 days before the session; no refunds thereafter. 4. Pre-Session Questionnaire o A brief questionnaire must be completed in advance to maximize session effectiveness. 5. Session Limitations o The session provides insights and direction but does not include a full strategy plan or implementation services. 6. Confidentiality o All shared information remains confidential and will not be used without your consent. 7. Liability o Advice provided is for guidance only; implementation and outcomes are the client’s responsibility.
