Sarah Yeoman Bishop
CAREER & LEADERSHIP COACH
You can be good at
what you do and still want
something different.

WHAT MIGHT BRING YOU HERE
There are many reasons people come to coaching.
You might be questioning what you want next, looking to build confidence, or stepping into a new leadership chapter. Here are some of the things we might explore together.
01
01 - CAREER
Career crossroads and what's next
You’ve built a successful career, but you’re questioning whether you still want the same things from it.
03
03 - MINDSET
Overthinking, perfectionism and over-delivering
You hold yourself to incredibly high standards and sometimes make life much harder for yourself as a result.
05
05 - BOUNDARIES
Boundaries and difficult conversations
You know something needs to be said, changed or handled differently - but doing it isn’t always straightforward.
02
02 - CONFIDENCE
Confidence, self-belief and imposter syndrome
You’re capable and experienced, but that doesn’t always stop the self-doubt or second-guessing.
04
04 - LEADERSHIP
Stepping into leadership
You’re taking on more responsibility and working out what kind of leader you want to be.
06
06 - ACTION
Trusting yourself enough to act
Sometimes you know more than you think you do. The challenge is trusting yourself enough to do something with it.
MY APPROACH
Warm,
perceptive and challenging.
I'll give you space to think, but I won't simply sit back and nod.
I'll ask questions, notice patterns, challenge assumptions and reflect back the things you may not have noticed yourself.
My approach is strengths-based and non-directive. I'm not here to tell you what to do or hand you a formula for your life.
The thinking matters - but so does what you do with it.
IN OUR SESSIONS
We start with what's going on for you.
A decision
Something you're wrestling with, weighing up or finding difficult to decide.
You'll leave with new thinking - and usually something practical to do with it too.
A pattern
A familiar way of thinking or responding that you'd like to understand better.
Something unexpected
Something you hadn't planned to talk about, but realise needs some attention.
What it's like to work with me.
Hannah, Producer
"I have had coaching in the past but found Sarah to be the easiest person to open up to. After every session I came away with really doable actions that have transformed my life and the way I think about things that I needed to unburden.
She picked up on repeated words and phrases throughout the sessions which she carefully helped me process and tackle. I would absolutely recommend Sarah to anyone who needs it."
Kristie, GP
“Sarah is fantastic. Her calm and understanding manner were exactly what I needed to give me the time and space to work through difficult decisions when I felt stuck.
Her gentle but insightful questions made me really consider what I wanted and needed. […]
Sarah is approachable, friendly and welcoming in a way that allowed me to be vulnerable in a safe space.”
Simon, Operations Leader
“Sarah has a way of getting to the root of things quickly, without making it feel heavy. She helped me see patterns in how I work and gave me space to test new thinking. I’m more confident in my decisions and feel more intentional in how I show up as a leader."
ABOUT ME
I've been on the other side of this too.
I spent more than 15 years building a senior career in brand and marketing, leading teams, managing high-profile brands and delivering award-winning work.
I also know what it feels like to question the career you've built, start again professionally, move from expert to beginner and work out what you want the next chapter to look like.
I trained as an Executive Coach at Henley Business School and bring both professional coaching expertise and real-world leadership experience into the room.
I'm also co-founder of She Shares, a community created to give women somewhere to connect, talk openly and be inspired by one another.

We’ll talk about what’s brought you here, what you’d like from coaching and whether we’d work well together. You don’t need to arrive with a perfectly formed goal or know exactly what you need.
If we decide to work together, we’ll agree a plan, usually over three to six months, with regular 60-minute sessions online.
We’ll have something to work towards, with room for whatever comes up along the way. You can bring the difficult decision, the conversation you’re putting off, or the thing you can’t quite put your finger on.
Get in touch.
Not sure whether coaching is what you need?
That's completely fine.
Let's have a conversation and see.
