Who we are

Sarah & Katja — the directors behind She Consults.


We’re two women who believe business should be purposeful, smart and unafraid. Together, we run She Consults - not just a “brand agency,” but a full-spectrum marketing, brand and business consultancy.


We don’t come bearing pretty logos - though we’ll always appreciate a good one when we see it. We come bearing questions, structure, strategy - and the stubborn insistence that your business’s purpose and goals matches its behaviour.

Sarah

Marketer and brand leader by trade, creative to my core. I believe connection is everything - between people, ideas and purpose. I’m passionate about building brands that actually mean something - and I love seeing them come to life, from first spark to full fruition.


I’m fiercely commercial (every idea needs to earn its keep) but I like to keep things real. I’m honest, straightforward and yes - I like to make the process fun. Work should feel energising, not exhausting.


As a qualified coach, I’m endlessly curious about people - what drives them, what blocks them and what lights them up. That curiosity helps me get to the heart of a business fast - what’s working, what’s not and where the real opportunity lies.


I bring together creativity, strategy and human insight to help leaders and teams cut through the clutter, see their business clearly and move it forward with purpose, energy and confidence.


Katja

If you could write me a dream job, this would be it. I thrive on building and implementing strategies. Even job interviews used to excite me, they gave me the chance to dissect a business and propose solutions. That same energy shows up when I work with clients. I genuinely love what I do, and I think that makes all the difference.


I’m forward-thinking by nature, always spotting opportunities and turning ideas into something tangible that helps a business grow. I appreciate leaders who want to be ready for the future, not just reacting to the present.


I have a degree in business, and I’m certified by Oxford University for AI in business strategy. I’m fascinated by how AI can reshape the way we work - but it’s not about chasing hype. It’s about using technology intelligently and ethically to give businesses an edge and create space and freedom for people to do what they do best.


For me, strategy is about unlocking potential. It’s not theory on paper, it’s action. It's helping leaders see what’s possible, then making it happen


We both share this: we hate fluff, love big questions, and refuse to settle for “good enough.”
