Why regular reviews are vital.
1. Because change is inevitable
If the last decade has taught us anything, it’s that disruption is the only constant. Markets shift, customer expectations evolve and technology advances faster than we can scroll. A strategy that worked six months ago might not suit where you are today.

Without checkpoints, it’s easy to assume you’re “on track.” But are you really? A regular review forces you to pause, measure progress and hold yourself (and your team) accountable.

How often is enough when reviewing your strategy?

Are you on track with your goals?
Which parts of the plan are working?
Where are you over-spending time, money, or resources?
Have external factors (the economy, competitors, or new tech) evolved?
Does everyone in your team still understand the strategy?
Remember, this isn’t about ripping up the whole thing and starting again. It’s about tweaking, refining and keeping your business aligned with your priorities.
